Pearl is building a hiring network that uniquely activates this group of passive talent by offering a personal career agent that identifies matching opportunities and makes introductions to employers. Instead of being app-based, Pearl operates within conversational channels like SMS and Twitter DMs, and communicates with natural language English to deliver a high-touch experience while leveraging existing habits.

With our approach, Pearl makes it 10x easier for even the busiest professionals to field opportunities, granting the employers we work with unprecedented access to the world's best talent.

How it works for candidates

After signing up on our website, candidates will engage in a short discussion about their career preferences. When that's done, we'll monitor for their precise preferences within our network of opportunities.

When a job enters our system that's deemed a promising match, we'll notify the user about the company and the opportunity and make an introduction to the employer if there's mutual interest from both sides.

How it works for employers

Pearl works with employers just like any other sourcing tool. We sync with your open roles and send candidates to you via email or ATS integration. After we send you their information, it's up to you to take things from there. If a candidate from the Pearl network is hired, we charge a 10% placement fee (refundable if they leave within 90 days).
